Your insurance claim shouldn’t be complicated.

Let’s make it simple.

Feeling overwhelmed trying to manage your insurance claim alone?

Not sure if your claim was handled correctly?

Worried that your insurance company underpaid you?

Need a second set of eyes on your claim?

Your insurance company looks out for themselves. I’m here to look out for you.

I help homeowners across the Inland Empire navigate their insurance claims with confidence. From damage assessment to settlement negotiation, I handle your claim so you can focus on what really matters: your home and your family.

What I Do

A Southern California landscape with tall palm trees and lush green bushes against a clear blue sky.

Insurance claims get complicated fast. Whether it’s wading through the claim submission process, working with difficult adjusters, or making sense of the seemingly endless documentation your insurance company requests along the way, it can feel impossible to get the money you’re entitled to after damage to your home.

I have years of experience working on complex claims, including situations involving lenders, prior claim history, and claims that weren’t handled cleanly the first time around. I’ve also worked with almost every major insurance carrier in the United States, so I know how different companies approach claims and exactly where issues or delays can come up.

My focus is simple: helping you understand what’s going on with your claim and maximizing your settlement so you can back to normal life.

My Focus

Ruined building with collapsed walls and debris, charred remains, and torn roofing material, with trees in the background and a clear blue sky.

FAQs

What is a public adjuster?

1

A public adjuster represents the policyholder, not the insurance company, during the claim process. I help document damages, communicate with your insurer, submit documentation, review coverage issues, and negotiate the best settlement possible. Above all, I advocate for YOU during the claims process.

When should I contact a public adjuster?

2

The best time to contact me is early in the claim, especially after fire, water, storm, or other major property damage. However, I can also help with underpaid, delayed, or disputed claims that are already in progress.

Even if your claim has been denied, I am more than happy to review the coverage decision and see if I can assist with a dispute.

How are public adjusters paid?

3

I work on a contingency basis, which means that fees are based on a percentage of the claim recovery I help you receive. My standard fee is 15% and is clearly outlined in my contract. No surprises and no extra fees.

Simply put: I don’t get paid unless you do. That’s why I strive you get you the best settlement possible.

Can you guarantee a higher settlement?

4

No ethical public adjuster can guarantee outcomes. Every loss, policy, and claim is different. What I do promise is diligent advocacy and professional guidance through every step of the claims process.

I am proud to serve homeowners throughout the Inland Empire, including Riverside, Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Fontana, Corona, Perris, Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, and beyond.
