Meet Samantha

Samantha Bruce is a licensed Public Adjuster serving homeowners throughout California’s Inland Empire. With years of hands-on claims experience, she helps clients navigate their claims from start to finish with the personalized attention they deserve.

Before branching out to work independently, Samantha worked for a public adjusting firm that specialized in damaged properties going through foreclosure. Her background includes handling unusual, high-complexity claims involving lender interests, prior settlement histories, and payment complications. She has worked with virtually every major insurance carrier across all 50 states, giving her unique familiarity with different claim processes and common obstacles policyholders may face.

Today, Samantha manages every stage of the claims process, from documenting damages and organizing support for the claim to communicating with the insurance company and negotiating a fair settlement. She believes homeowners deserve an advocate who treats their claim with care and urgency, and her goal is to make a notoriously stressful process feel more manageable and transparent for all of her clients.

Outside of work, Samantha is an avid reader and supporter of her local library. She enjoys spending time with her wife and their rescue cats.
